Responsible for managing and directing account management process for existing accounts of Small Business customers.
This Small Business market has customers employing up to 50 employees.
Manages the account management functions.
Develops retention strategy and growth for existing business.
Maintains complete accountability for account management and service results in Small Business.
Recruits, trains and coaches the account management and service staff for the Small Business local sales office.
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have a minimum of 6 years management experience, specifically directing account management staff in the health care industry.
Requires proven track record in results-oriented account management and sales/service environment.
Demonstrates expertise in account management and is knowledgeable of a full range of products.
Sales insurance license must be maintained as required by state law.
Maintains a valid driver's license. Travels as required.
