THE OPPORTUNITY?

 Input documents into SMRU (Sales Material Review Unit) system and send e-mail confirmations.Respond to agent inquiries via the telephone or e-mail.Identify priority documents and ensure that they are assigned to a reviewer in a timely manner.Facilitate an efficient work-flow for materials submitted to the SMRU system.Fax, scan and filing SMRU documents in timely manner.Update SMRU system to reflect current fax numbers, telephone numbers & e-mail addresses.Communicate workflow issues to the SMRU managers.Identify priority documents to Zone Manager immediately.

 

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED?

 Bachelor?s degree or equivalent business experienceProficient in MS Word & ExcelExcellent organizational skillsMust be able to make independent decisions
