IPS is searching for a candidate with small and large group retail experience and familiarity with self funded accounts to fill a Senior Employee Benefits Account Manager position.  This job is in a business with a proven track record built on personal relationships.  You will work with a team and in an environment that values each employee and their career path.

Description: 

In this exciting position you will be using your employee benefits experience to maintain and manage an existing accounts and have the opportunity to develop new client business.

You will use your excellent communications skills and your current product knowledge to respond to the requests and needs of Clients, Producers, and the Unit Manager and to build client relationships. This position requires you to be organized, have attention to detail, manage time and have the ability to multi task. 

 

QualificationsKnowledge of employee benefits - Life, Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Flex,401K?s,HSA?s Knowledge of the commercial insurance brokerage environment including self funded accounts, premium rates, proposal review, spreadsheet preparation, etc.Proficient in computer use, Word, Windows, Excel, Agency management systemsValid California Life and Health License or valid within 3 months of hireMinimum four years experience in a brokerage with employee benefits marketing accounts for small and large groups
