SENIOR RECRUITER - Insurance

Position Description: Hoffman Recruiters, LLC is looking for a highly motivated, senior recruiter to join our Insurance group, highly motivated, fun group of individuals. As a Senior Recruiter, the individual will excel in all aspects of the recruiting process. The ideal candidate must be well versed and confident in prospecting for new business by identifying client needs and assessing industry trends. Recruiting functions will include locating top talent, interviewing applicants and consulting with candidates on industry trends and opportunities. Individual will work in a creative, flexible team environment.

Requirements:
- Bachelor?s degree required.
- Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience.
- Candidates must possess proven negotiation skills, the ability to persuade and influence decision makers and executives, a strong business acumen, professionalism, personal integrity, a high internal commitment to achieve success, strong oral and written communication and presentation skills, and a tolerance for rejection.
- Candidates must have a desire to achieve excellence in sales and work independently.
