Sales Administration Coordinator

USI Southwest is seeking a Sales Administration Coordinator in its Dallas, TX location. This role will be responsible for all aspects of technology assistance (training, software support, presentations) for sales teams as well as administrative tasks for the sales department and management team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITLITES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 

?  Train and assist sales executives on all sales technology and software programs, including but not limited to, MiAvenue, Zywave, and MyUSI.

?  In conjunction with sales executives and managers, create and produce applicable computer aided presentations, including the use of PowerPoint, Harvard Graphics and/or other computer graphics, charts and tables.

?  Compile and generate various sales and management reports, including but not limited to New/Lost Business, Cross Sell, Pinnacle and Stewardship

?  Coordinate sales meetings and seminars

?  Attend sales meetings, distribute agenda, prepare minutes and distribute reports

?  Update, maintain and distribute sales and promotional materials

?  Organize and plan seminars and sales meetings

?  Provide administrative support to business leaders and sales executives

 

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

?  Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills a must. 

?  Candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.

?  Excellent organization skills, detailed oriented with instinctual judgment to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 

?  Flexibility to work overtime if necessary.
