Sales Associate I & II

Description: Under moderate supervision, the Sales Associate acts as an apprentice position to two or three successful Account Executives. Primary responsibility is to assist in renewing accounts by developing customer relationships, assessing and responding to customer needs, and coordinating the risk management process.

After a period of 6 months but not more than 9 months, you will become an Account Representative with new business and renewal responsibilities and be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.

Qualifications:
Highly effective oral and written communication skills, including presentation, persuasion, tact and negotiation skills; general working knowledge of company's services, products and marketing techniques, insurance contracts, funding and rating preferred but is not required; as normally acquired through a bachelor's degree or equivalent and 1.5 to 2 years work experience.
