JOB OVERVIEW: Have you been looking for a Sales Opportunity but hate cold calling? Well we have the opportunity for you! Answer Financial is a call center environment where all of our sales agents take inbound calls and close the sales!!!!! Answer Financial provides you with the ability to obtain your state license(s) and P&C product knowledge. You receive a base salary and unlimited commission. How?s that sound to you? RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for selling home & auto insurance to prospective clients / customers in select states via telephone, email and/or the Internet. Assist in application completion by recommending solutions and educating client / customer on coverage specific to product. Continually assist in the accomplishment of company goals by creating cross sell opportunities across agent teams. Maintain State specific license and regulatory knowledge to ensure compliance with state licensing and insurance carrier underwriting guidelines and regulations.

 

REQUIREMENTS: Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred. 1-2 years related sales or related experience with proven track record. Strong communicator, customer service orientation and rapport building skills. Effective sales cycle; fact-finding, objection handling and closing. Computer proficient in Windows programs including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) & Internet. Strong learning and multi-tasking ability essential to working in a multi-line, multi-carrier, multi-product and multi-application environment. PRE-EMPLOYMENT SCREENING:
