Sales Quality Assurance Analyst

Summary:   This position is responsible for conducting audits to ensure company underwriting guidelines are being adhered to.

 

 Job Responsibilities:

 

?  Create documented auditing procedures

?  Assist in development of corrective action plans

?  Conduct reviews to assure that company guidelines are being followed

?  Identify process improvement areas, error trends and work with supervisors and trainers to develop training procedures that improve the overall quality of work

?  Work closely with Product Management and Underwriting to ensure that sales processes followed are within state specific guidelines

?  Provide management/supervisors with individual quality trends

?  Assist in responding to underwriting and discovery related questions

?  Maintain a thorough knowledge of Esurance product underwriting guidelines

?  Attend appropriate meetings as directed

 Qualifications:

 

?  Bachelors degree and/or equivalent work experience is preferred

?  2 to 3 years auto insurance underwriting or quality assurance experience is highly desired

?  Strong analytical skills a must

?  Solid computer skills and use with MS Office Products

?  Experience with property and casualty insurance terminology

?  Strong communication skills and ability to train others

?  Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills a must

?  Ability to interface with diverse employee and customer groups is essential

?  Ability to Travel is required
