Wholesale insurance producer position with tremendous growth and compensation potential.  The Westwood Group (www.westwoodus.com), a rapidly growing, national P&C Wholesale Brokerage, is looking for an experienced Commercial Wholesale Insurance Producer to help grow our company to new levels. In this business development role, you'll be a key member of a dynamic, reputable and successful sales team, with responsibility to develop new client relations and expand existing business. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced insurance sales professional who wants to make their mark in the wholesale brokerage industry.

Your Responsibilities:

The Insurance Producer?s primary responsibility will be to develop new business for our portfolio of insurance products.  You will also develop and manage an existing network of recognized producing agents in a multi-state area, as well as recruit and develop new agents.  You will work closely with agents to train, develop, and sell our products utilizing innovative and proven agent development processes.  You will work closely with underwriters and sales support staff to organize, prioritize and expedite opportunities.  This position has significant income potential, and is heavily commission based (with a base salary). 

You Need:

 An entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to self start and self manage Bachelors Degree or advanced degree required2-5 years proven sales experience in a fast paced, high frequency sales environmentExperience in selling financial services/products a plusExperience in wholesaling or ?indirect? sales a preferredAbility to learn & comprehend a complex product portfolio quickly and efficientlyWillingness to obtain an Ohio (or other) P&C license requiredExcellent communications skills requiredStrong PC skills required
