Job Title: Marketing Representative/Community Marketing Representative/Sales Representative.
Position Requirement: Minimum of 2 years of college, prefer 4-year degree. Must have state insurance license, health, life or disability or be able to attain a state insurance license with 15 days of new hire status, job is contingent upon having valid insurance license. Must have reliable transportation, and valid drivers license.
Job Summary: This position is responsible for enrolling qualified Medicare prospects in an approved Arcadian Health Plan market monthly. This is a sales position and requires someone with excellent presentation, listening, follow through and closing skills. The position works with senior centers, Dr?s offices and community organizations that serve the Medicare population to generate leads and referrals to enroll individuals into the health plan. This position is salary and commission based and provides the potential to double your base salary in commission potential as well as exceed. There is no cap to the commission potential. Candidate must be a go-getter, bright, dynamic, well groomed, articulate able to work well with seniors as well as disabled individuals, have a passion for helping others and driven to succeed. Job requires compliance with all federal and state regulatory laws. This position is monitored by CMS, (Centers of Medicare and Medicaid as well as the state insurance department.)
Job Duties:Enroll qualified Medicare prospects into health plan and reach assigned monthly sales target.Telemarketing into assigned database to self generate appointments.Maintain all federal and state regulatory requirementsProvide community presentations to audiences on health plan and enroll prospects on site.Provide in-home presentationsMaintain updated community marketing materials in assigned territory on a monthly basis.Public speaking ability.Represent Company at community events in a professional and enthusiastic manner at all times.Self generate leads and referrals above and beyond company supplied leads.Follow up on all prospects that inquire on enrollment into the health plan in a timely fashion.Send out Thank you cards to all prospects that enroll into the health plan.Build professional rapport with physician community and providers who are participating with the health plan.
Job Skills:
Computer literate. (Word, Excel, PPT)Excellent communication skills both oral and written.Attention to detail, excellent follow through skills and organization. (Time Management)Excellent phone skills and be able to call and set up appointments with prospects to continue to self generate business.
