POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Resource will participate on National Sales Strategy initiatives related to the successful adoption of technology and projects that enhance Bankers goals. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Participate in large-scale projects supporting field sales organization.
Communicate project status and key action items with project stakeholders; provide project information and metrics to management.
Work with business associates to verify requirements, testing plans and results and other business action items
Work with IT associates to translate business requirements into applications designs
Manage user maintenance and process enhancement requests for online tools
Assist in branch training efforts of online tools
Manage contract renewal / usage dates and key milestones
Execute weekly reports
Manage job posting activities within major job boards
Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations for improving processes/tools used by field sales organization.
Establish strong coalitions and networks both with the field organization and other home office support organizations (e.g., IT).
Work effectively with all levels and can easily build new relationships.
Act in a collaborative capacity with other organizations within the Company to resolve problems/issues quickly.
Clearly convey ideas and thoughts to stakeholders at various levels in the organization.
Requirements:
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
BS Required
1-2 years experience; Insurance and Financial Services Industry experience preferred, experience as an internal or external consultant a plus
Customer service orientation is critical; the ideal candidate will identify customers needs and take appropriate action to meet those needs.
Committed to results, sense of urgency
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Flexibility and adaptability to dynamic environment
10-15% travel required
Experience with MS Office essential
