Sales - Telemarketing

Job Purpose:
Solicits target Insurance Market for Investigative Services.

Duties:
* Identifies prospects by researching industry material and directories and other prepared listings.

* Calls and e-mails prospective customers to identify needs and persons of authority.

* Influences customers to use our services by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations.

* Completes requirements to become a vendor such as mail out insurance information, brochures and sales literature.

* Maintain contact log of all prospective clients.

* Secures client information by completing data base backups.

* Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

* Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.

* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
