Sales Training Specialist II

This is an Instructor position that will train both the Policy Management Group and Sales.? Responsibilities include delivering training in membership, auto, accounting, Homeowners and the MRM & Insurance portal both technology and soft skills including New Employee Orientation and Customer Service/Member Relationship Management classes.? Develop or update existing class materials using Word, Power Point and other technology or training tools.

Current PMG and or Sales experience, training background and familiarity with Club systems relating to Insurance is preferred.? Experience in Jewel, Huon, Stat, MRM Portal and other membership and insurance? systems preferred.? Experience and knowledge of other markets including Texas, New Mexico and Northern New England a plus.? Must be proficient in designing and developing subject matter materials from the conceptual stage to implementation.? College degree desirable.? Must be available for out of state travel to support expanding insurance infrastructure.? Use of personal vehicle and good driving record required.? This position requires a flexible, creative team player.
