We are currently seeking a sales and client relations professional to have the primary responsibility to acquire, manage and retain relationships with our prospects/clients in all markets of our business to ensure optimum communications, client service and relationship management. This individual will be the primary contact and will establish and maintain a schedule of regular communications with insurance professionals of our clients and prospects; will manage and maintain the process of monitoring and reporting on the status of prospecting efforts and will explain/introduce products and services offered as well as identify and encourage opportunities for cross-selling additional products to their clientele. Will also be responsible to provide back-up Customer Service support to members of our brokers plus more!
If you like a challenge and are an energetic self-starter with strong customer service skills, this could be the job for you! The ideal candidate must have a strong ability to build and maintain sales and client relationships. A Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university and two year?s strong customer service experience is preferred. Insurance industry experience is helpful. Must also be a self-starter and be able to work independently and as part of a team and be computer proficient in the MS Office suite of products including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
