Senior Analyst - Reinsurance Administration

Paragon is looking for Senior Reinsurance Analysts to work in a dynamic environment that provides reinsurance asset management services to clients. You would work with a team of people in executing various consulting engagements.  You may also participate in providing other client services such as ceded or assumed outsource engagements.  Candidates should be highly motivated, well organized individuals with proven analytical skills. Primary responsibilities will include reviewing and analyzing client information, performing various reconciliations, problem resolution, and communication with various parties on assigned accounts. An understanding of General Ledger?s and Sub-ledgers and how transactions impact them would be beneficial.  Must have the ability to resolve issues and have a commitment to providing superior client service. Some travel may be required. Qualified candidates should have strong PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access preferred). Bachelor's degree required with 3 + years prior experience with an insurance or reinsurance company in the area of accounting or finance.
