Senior Analyst - Settlements

We have an immediate need for a Settlements Supervisor within our Product Liability group located in Princeton, NJ.

Position Responsibilities:
- Manage and delegate responsibilities to team of Analysts.
- Training of New Hires of various levels.
- Prepare daily product liability claim reviews.
- Formatting and Analyzing large quantities of settlement data
- Maintain direct client interaction assisting in Settlement and Payment inquiries.
- Performing administrative functions, such as time tracking, New Hire procedures etc?
- Administer the quality control review of Indemnity Payables.
- Construct Resolution and payment detail reports.
- Assess payment inconsistencies (perform settlement valuation reviews of settlement allocations).

Position Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel and Access)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical reasoning and critical thinking ability.
- Strong Project Management Skills.
- Ability to multi-task simultaneous projects (Organizational Skills).
- Operate effectively within the team as a Team leader.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Paralegal or other legal experience
- Experience with review of medical documents
- Direct supervisory experience
- Audit experience

Salary: $35K-$40K, depending on qualifications.
