Job Responsibilities: 


Oversee the day to day operations of the Regulatory Review Group (RRG).

Assist the Transaction / Claims Manager and other various departments with regards to claim reviews, adjustments and reporting of issues relating to regulatory issues primarily centered around penalties and interest.

Supervise and direct all RRG staff, identifying training requirements and performance improvement steps involving production, quality and behavioral success factors.

Provide regular reports to legal, regulatory and transaction departments.

Assist in developing and maintaining processing policies and procedures.

Regularly attend meetings with Business Partners to identify roots causes of defects impacting regulatory issues and interest / penalties being paid.



Job Qualifications:


4 years previous Supervisor / Management experience in claims processing (Adjustment experience preferred). 

Ability to maintain confidentiality of organizational strategy and personal data.

Computer proficient. 

Demonstrate leadership, presentation, report writing, time management, prioritization and interpersonal skills.

Experience and knowledge of Regulatory requirements relating to State(s) interest and penalties are preferred.

Knowledge / experience in working with multiple business partners within United Health (Transaction / Claim, Network Operations, Systems, Quality, etc) are desired.
