Senior Client Services Specialist

Qualified applicants will possess the following critical skills: 


Provides support to Regional Account Managers in managing relationships with new and existing mid size accounts. Resolve issues and problems; provide daily support on billing, document review/explanation, claims, and evidence of insurability and enrollment processes. Supports Institutional accounts that vary in complexity from less complex to highly complex in nature. Coordinates marketing, sales and support services. Has a good understanding of assigned clients requirements and support efforts of Regional Account Manager to develop programs, which will meet their requirements. Possesses excellent communication skills and a solid knowledge of Prudential products and services.


Job Requirements:


Demonstrated success in servicing medium/large accounts in the group insurance and/or managed care industry. The ideal candidate has relevant work experience with a record of accomplishment that includes a strong client retention and ability to develop and grow relationships with clients, as well as external brokers/consultants.
