(Senior) Commercial Lines Underwriter

Because of their growth, they presently offer an opportunity to join their commercial lines underwriting department in Nebraska. They have an opportunity for a Commercial Lines Underwriter and Senior Commercial Lines Underwriter. In the respective role you will be responsible to accept, retain and price commercial insurance risks in conformance with established underwriting policies, practices and standards. You will work with commercial underwriting assignments of high technical complexity and consideration. As a Senior CL Underwriter you will become proficient in many lines of commercial insurance with increasing emphasis on larger accounts. You will participate in training for new underwriters. To be considered for the CL Underwriter position, you must offer around one or more years commercial underwriting experience. For the Senior CL Underwriter, you must offer around three to five years commercial underwriting experience. Undergraduate degree and insurance industry coursework required.
