Join our team in the FL, Davie corporate office as a Senior Litigation Claims Representative. In this position the qualified candidate will be responsible for handling Florida PIP litigation claims including the investigation, evaluation and disposition of coverage, liability and damage issues of automobile accident claims. Attend depositions, court appearances and mediations. Handle Florida PIP claims in and out of litigation according to applicable law and policy provisions and comply with Department of Insurance Regulations. Maintain communication with defense counsel. Analyze cost effectiveness and make recommendations based on the investigation?s strengths. Negotiate and communicate effectively with medical providers, attorneys, customers and vendors. Provide lawsuit management.

 

Qualified candidate will have:

Bachelors Degree and/or 4+ years experience in Claims.

License with Department of Financial Services to settle insurance claims. 

5+ years of PIP experience

2+ Litigation experience

Strong verbal and written skills and the ability to read, analyze and interpret insurance policies, technical procedures and government regulations.
