Senior Outside Property Adjuster
Job Description: Responsible for the field adjustment of personal and commercial property losses including coverage analysis, investigation, damage evaluation and settlement negotiations in Fayetteville-Springdale Arkansas area. The ideal candidate would be capable of scoping structural damage and preparing residential and commercial repair estimates on the Xactimate estimating system, up to a minimum of $50,000. This position operates remotely out of their home with an Internet connection for work assignments and communications.
Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills are a must. Excellent communication, service and decision making skills are needed. The ideal candidate will be an organized; results oriented team player that excels in a self-managed working environment.
Experience in the use of computers and software including estimating programs (Xactimate) and Microsoft Office is desired.
Bachelors Degree with 3 - 5 Years of Property Claims Experience
