High profile Six Sigma Black Belt opportunity to support key business leaders in meeting quality, cost and timing requirements. This position reports to the Director of Quality Engineering, a Master Black Belt, and is part of the Strategic Consultancy. The position includes opportunities to coach candidates, deliver results, engage in portolio management and provide high level process consultation. The position is a key resource in Humana's continued expansion of Six Sigma design and process improvement work to change the culture of the company.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of Six Sigma experience at the Black Belt or Master Black Belt level in performing coaching, completing projects, and engaging others. We desire someone with Six Sigma certification, Statistics or Engineering education, consulting experience, and a transactional background in Finance or Healthcare.
