The Sr. Account Claims Representative will conduct a thorough investigation of all assigned claims (workers' compensation) to determine coverage and/or liability. Be prepared to also apply strong organization skills to manage claims caseload by determining plans of action to bring files to the most economical conclusion as well as initiate prompt initial contact with appropriate parties. Ability to achieve ongoing communication throughout the life of the claim and pro-actively manage both activity and costs associated with litigated claim files are essential to the position.

The qualified candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 3 to 5 years lost time Workers' Compensation claims handling experience, PA jurisdictional experience preferred and excellent communication and customer service skills.
