Sr Agency Specialist, Personal Lines

Description:
This position exists to promote and manage the profitable growth and retention of personal lines books of business at the agency and company levels to help the region meet its financial objectives. Communicates and coordinates agency actions with the region's agency management team, especially with agencies with complex business profiles or underperforming agencies. Prospects profitable P/L lines of business. Assists in establishing and executing growth and retention action plans for designated marketing territory within the Company at the agency and territory level.

Qualifications:
Also participates in and may lead the implementation of special projects for the department.
