Sr. Claims Representative

We are seeking an experienced general liability Senior Claims Representative with 3-5 years experience for a staff position in our Tampa, Florida office. Construction operations and/or completed operations background is preferred for this position.

 

Job Requirements: Ability to handle all facets of claim investigation, directing claim investigations through self investigation & assigned independent adjusters and attorneys, coverage investigation & analysis, prompt and accurate reporting, decision making, litigation management, mediation and trial attendance, & strong written & verbal skills.
