Sr. Consultant, Business Analysis

Major Accountabilities:

Responsible for leading the GTO feasibility evaluation of new product concepts and customer sales opportunities that leverage technology. Collaborate with internal partners to define high-level business requirements that meet customer needs. Partner with GTO technology experts to determine sound technology solutions that meet the defined business needs.

Work with various individuals throughout the organization to determine all technology and operational costs associated with the opportunity. Responsible for ensuring that project costs are captured in the business case for the new product or sales opportunity. Coordinate with the project manager and primary technical provider to successfully transition the project for development and implementation.

Experience Required:

Bachelor's Degree required, MBA strongly preferred

A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, business development, or product development operations in financial services and payments industry.

Strong analytical skills. Some financial analysis experience helpful.

Excellent oral and written communication skills necessary.

Strong project management and matrix-management skills are critical.
