Sr. Elite Service Consultant

Major Duties and Functions Include:
Acts as the highest level non-managerial individual contributor, widely known for his/her subject matter expertise.
Works independently.
Reserches, troubleshoots, manages, and resolves very complex, non-routine requests and issues for the organization?s top sales producers within two hours of receipt.
Researches, troubleshoots, manages, and resolves escalated producer cases submitted by Senior Executive Distribution and Operations management.
Coordinates the efforts of designated associates from all lines of business and all franchises to resolve producer issues within a two hour time frame.
Engages in proactive relationship management with top producers to understand and respond to constituency business drivers.
May craft decisions outside of standard operating procedure or for which no precedent exists to facilitate resolution of producer requests.
Manages large projects of moderate to high complexity from design through implementation.
Acts as interface with home office and field partners to ensure communication flow and consensus building.
develops, recommends, and implements new workflow and processes, and creates written end-user manuals.
Acts as process expert within the team and provides guidance and direction to lower level personnel.
Performs other related duties as required or assigned. What You Need to Succeed:


Bachelor?s degree or equivalent business experience
7-10 years financial services industry experience, or a minimum of 5 years of experience with strong background in the insurance industry
Ability to work autonomously without close supervision
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to influence, negotiate, and build relationships across all levels of the organization
Proficiency with a variety of multiple mainframe, internet-based, and PC applications
High degree of professionalism
Sound judgment, and discretion in making business decisions
