Sr. Homeowner Representative

New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance Company (NJM), a leading property-casualty insurer, has an immediate opening for a Senior Homeowner Representative.

 

Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will investigate, review, analyze, and evaluate assigned claims expeditiously in preparation for prompt resolution.  Will provide accurate estimates of damages utilizing available estimating equipment or independent estimating services.  Conduct ongoing review independently and with supervisor on all assigned files focusing on adequacy of reserve and required investigation.  Initiate appropriate action to conclude all claims in a manner consistent with existing law and company guidelines.  Conclude all assigned claims with appropriate closing documents and reports signifying resolution in a timely manner.

 

Qualifications:

Investigative and analytical background, excellent communication and organizational skills.  The ability to work within a team as well as make critical decisions on own.  College degree or 3 years of claims experience required.
