Sr. Human Resources Generalist

Based in Tampa, Florida, the company serves over 100,000 businesses, covering over 1.6 million members in the United States.
Due to recent growth, we are currently seeking a Sr. Human Resources Generalist.
The Sr. Human Resources Generalist performs Human Resources related duties at the professional level and may carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: employee relations, training, employment, labor relations, and employment equity programs.
Qualifications:Considerable knowledge of the principals and practices of personnel administration, effective oral and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.A bachelor's degree and three (3) to five (5) years of Human Resources experience, or7-10 years of experience in the HR field. Any similar combination of education and experience.Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.Ability to objectively coach employees and management through complex, difficult, and emotional issues.The ability to research and analyze various different type of data information. Ability to organize and prioritize work.
