In this position, the Sr. Product Development Specialist will be responsible for researching new Worker?s Compensation products as well as monitoring the success of existing Worker?s Compensation products to contribute to overall organizational profitability. The individual will also monitor the product knowledge of the field insurance professionals and develop internal publications and recommend training accordingly.

The qualified candidate will have a college degree or equivalent experience, 5 or more years of property and casualty underwriting experience, excellent data analysis and reporting skills, experience with systems/databases, demonstrated sound judgment and decision making skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills. CPCU or other professional designations are a plus.
