Sr. QA Analyst

We are looking for 2 experienced QA Analysts for immediate contract positions. (Insurance background is a plus)

Senior Quality Assurance Analyst requirements:
1. Creates and executes written test plans throughout the project lifecycle that conform to testing standards, business requirements, and architectural/design standards
2. Validates that the business requirements and the design meet quality standards
3. Develops, maintains, and shares detailed test cases with and provides timely and accurate status reports on testing activities to the project team, the IS Managers, and the QA Supervisor
4. Determines, recommends, and coordinates the creation of the test environment needed for each project
5. Analyzes testing results; identifies defects in software and problems in infrastructure
6. Collaborates with developers on problem resolution; and tracks problems to resolution
7. Creates necessary documentation that is consistent with IS Department standards for the department's use, communicates changes to all appropriate staff, develops system training materials, and assists in training staff to utilize the technology as necessary.

1. AS/400
2. Java
3. Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
4. Websphere Application Server (WAS)
5. SQL
