Staffing Integration Advisor

USAA is currently seeking a talented Staffing Integration Advisor for our San Antonio, TX location.

As a Staffing Integration Advisor for USAA, you will independently collaborate with all levels of enterprise management and internal partners to assess business issues. You will proactively lead the development and implementation of strategic and tactical solutions that influence changes in culture, management practices and work environment. You will coach other advisors and provide guidance and training as well as serve as a consultant on complex issues. You will provide guidance to management on policy interpretation and process application.

Qualified candidates need to possess:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

5+ years of progressive human resources or related experience.

Experience managing staffing planning and process redesign projects leveraging metrics analysis and technology.

Demonstrated success partnering with peers, senior management and business partners to develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of business strategies and objectives.

Proven ability to negotiate effectively to achieve agreement on direction or action required.

Demonstrated success building and implementing staffing program-oriented solutions that help business units meet forecast goals and objectives.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and other software to be used to develop analysis, charts and/or supporting documentation to support enterprise staffing forecasts.

Higher qualifications may warrant selection of different job class.

Preferred experience includes:
Project management experience.
Experience forecasting and/or managing staffing strategies for a large call center.
Working knowledge of enterprise processes, operations and delivery channels.
Familiarity with human resources systems and interdependencies.
Performance & process consulting experience in staffing/talent acquisition, training facilitation, capacity planning, strategic planning, CRM technologies, customer satisfaction analysis and customer market research.
