We currently have an opening for a Stop Loss Assistant.? This position has responsibility for assisting the Stop Loss Coordinator in the filing of Specific and Aggregate claims.?

Must Know and Understand:
Must be computer literate, and understand how to maneuver in the Eldorado system in order to research claims.? Knowledge of other PC programs helpful.? Must be organized and detail oriented, and able to finish work assigned.? Must have a working knowledge of how stop loss coverage works and how?claims impact each groups? plan.

Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent.? One year of clerical experience.? Knowledge of office equipment (ie: copier, fax machine).

Areas of Responsibilities:
?Locates, pulls, and copies claims, EOBs, and check registers for individual who have penetrated the specific for each group.?Sends ICD-9 alerts to carriers on specified diagnoses.Requests bills from providers as necessary.?Faxes information to stop loss carriers and subrogation firm.??Assists in compiling stop loss claims for filing.
