Stop Loss Coordinator

CenBen USA, the fastest growing third-party administrator for group health benefits in the U.S. is seeking 2 Stop Loss Coordinators to be responsible for filing specific and aggregate stop loss claims for reimbursement with our various stop loss partners.  The ideal candidates will have the following characteristics:

 

?  Prior experience with stop loss claim filing and/or reporting;

 

?  Prior claims adjudication experience for a TPA, Carrier or Stop Loss market;

 

?  Analytical skills, including the ability to balance reports and integrate various data sources required for claims filing;

 

?  Communication skills, including the ability to listen to and comprehend requests for additional information and to effectively gather that information from our Operations areas; and

 

?  Negotiation skills, including the ability to discuss outstanding issues and maximize reimbursement to clients.
