Description:
? Supervises assigned team to ensure performance standards and achieve operating objectives.
? Develops, implements and monitors quality programs, identify quality trends and recommends process improvements and training needs.
? Communicates and measures customer satisfaction both internally and externally, ensuring excellent customer service results.
? Creates, implements and analyzes effectiveness of staff recognition programs in addition to adherence to escalation procedures and participation in the CAT response team in the event of Catastrophic losses occur.
? Communicates and integrates activities with other functional areas in AIGPL to resolve issues, develops procedures and strategies to provide excellent claim service. Executes assigned elements of projects, utilizing the Six-Sigma methodology.
