Support Supervisor

Description:
Supervises a large group of support employees directly or through team leaders. Oversees the day-to-day operations by scheduling and assigning work, meeting completion dates, and assisting others with resolving routine problems as well as with the interpretation of policies and procedures. Responsibilities include selection, training, objective setting, performance evaluation, salary reviews and employee development.

Qualifications:
Prior supervisory experience.
