Systems Administrator w/ Websphere, LDAP, SSO

Senior Middleware/Systems Administrator

Required Skills:

 

1. More than 5years of administration experience in internet technologies including web server, applications servers, content management tools, databases, single sign on.

 

2.  Must have excellent administration skills on apache web server, application servers IBM Websphere ND and/or oracle portal in Linux/Solaris operating systems.

 

3. Experience in administration of two or more below mentioned skills

 

-  Ldap products sun one directory server, oracle OID, Novell eDirectory

-  Single Sign On tools siteminder, orasso, novell iChain

-  Content Management Tools Vignette, Tridion

-  Change management tools Serena PVCS, change man mover, pvcs tracker

-  Vmware ESX Server2.5.x with Linux os

 

4. Experience in working with enterprise environment supporting 24/7 production applications.

 

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

-  The successful candidate is going to be part of ebusiness middleware team responsible for installation, configuration, administering eBusiness application environments involving IBM Web Sphere/oracle application server Suite and content management tools vignette/tridion. 

-  Providing on-call support for the production systems during off hours as and when required.

-  Responsible for monitoring, tuning and troubleshooting of middleware software.

-  Need to coordinate with other groups like security, networking, and hardware services to get approvals and make requests including IP, DNS, Firewall, load balancer, SAN, veritas file system
