Technical Service Representative

As a Technical Service Representative, you are accountable for the following responsibilities:
*Provides account and producer relationship management by handling producer appointment process for assigned territories for Account Executives designated in those territories, as well as, broker of record changes, incoming phone calls from producers/clients.
*Assists Account Executives with the maintenance of customer contact lists.
*Responsible for resolving premium accounting payment discrepancies.
* Develops and maintains sales reports (weekly, monthly, and quarterly).
* Updates Non-Resident licensing.
* Maintains producer mailing list, marketing kits and promotional supplies.
* Responsible for meeting service standards of a customer focused strategy.

Knowledge, skills and abilities:
* Minimum of 1-3 years of customer services experience required.
*Excellent time management and research/analytical skills.
*Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
*Ability to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external business partners.
*Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite as well as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Education and Experience:
*Associate Degree or equivalent experience.
*Minimum three to five years of customer service experience.
