Position Description:

-Complete telephone interviews with prospective insureds by verifying information on the application and asking additional drill down questions in order to provide information for underwriting.
-Conversations then need to be recorded on forms - both written and electronically

Basic Candidate Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility
- Should be able to communicate primarily with elderly individuals in a courteous and professional manner

Preferred Candidate Qualifications:
-Medical background
-Phone experience
