Territory Marketing Manager - Connecticut

POSITION SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity to build and motivate an agent base for a large national nonstandard auto company in Connecticut . Your sales skills provide increasing market penetration through the Independent Agency channel, building relationships with key accounts, and managing key initiatives.

SCOPE:
Sales skills and product knowledge in assigned territories. The Territory Manager will be responsible for a growing base of agencies throughout Connecticut.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospecting and appointing new agents, system training, agent visits, documentation of visits, weekly report to management. Manages agent and competitor data collection.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

? Knowledge of Independent Agents throughout Connecticut

? Experience in Nonstandard Auto a plus

? Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

?  2 - 4 years insurance sales experience
