Territory Sales Manager (Arizona)

Job Responsibilities:

To effectively serve as a company representative in an assigned territory providing information and promoting profitable growth within company objectives and guidelines. To get more business from more quality producers in more areas.

 

 

Knowledge & Skills:

 

? This level of knowledge is generally acquired through a Bachelor's Degree.

? Minimum 2 years of insurance experience ins preferable or comparable sales/marketing experience.

? Working knowlede of insurance operations: claims, coverages, products and underwriting is preferable to effectively communicate with agency and company personnel.

? A comfortable level of interpreting statistical data from company reports is also necessary.

? Required to possess effective written communciation skills and be an acceptable public speaker.

? This person must be flexible in nature and a highly motivated self-starter.

? A basic ability of operating computers (PC) is necessary.

? This person should demonstrate time management skills and be a logical problem solver.
