Third Party Administration Fiduciary Coordinator - Health & Benefits

The Fiduciary Coordinator in our Iowa City, Iowa, Third Party Administration office will be responsible for the reconciliation of all requested carrier premium statements for each assigned association account and maintenance of each account's disbursements and receipts. To fulfill this role, the Fiduciary Coordinator will: 

Record all receipts and disbursements from assigned association accounts
Reconcile all carrier reports for each association
Month-end reconciliation of premium trusts
Check requests from the premium trust accounts.

At least one year of insurance, administrative, bookkeeping and/or accounting experience Demonstrated experience with spreadsheets Strong MS Word, Access, and Excel skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
