Essential Skills:

Assist Department Managers and Pharmacy Supervisors in reviewing and analyzing third party questions, problems and concerns about direct link problems; Resolution, coordination, implementation and testing prescription claims through various processors; Set up, maintenance, and administration of new and existing plans, Medicaid and Medicare programs and audit resolution.



Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Pharmacy technician experience required; Excel, Word, Lotus Notes, and Mobius is a plus; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work independently, takes initiative; Ability to work with inter/intracompany personnel, handle multiple tasks, flexibility; Very detail oriented.
