Title Processor / Closing Coordinator

Team Title South is a growing title company located in the Compson Financial Center near downtown Boca Raton.  We are currently writing with Old Republic National Title and have developed a strong working relationship with both the Deerfield and Tampa offices.  We are searching for the ideal candidate to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is detailed oriented, good at multitasking in a fast pace work environment, someone who possesses excellent communication skills and is an all around team player.  You will be responsible for taking a file from beginning to end.  This will entail: opening files, contacting clients, lenders, brokers, ordering payoffs, requesting searches, obtaining surveys, preparing estoppel letters, clearing title, preparing Hud statements along with the necessary closing documents, downloading and preparing mortgage documents, recording documents with the county, send packages back to the bank for post closing and final funding of the loan.  This is a full time position that requires flexible hours.  Benefits will be discussed during the interview process.  No relocation package will be offered for this position, local candidates only please.  Team Title South is offering the right person the opportunity to advance and succeed with us.  If you are interested in learning more about the company and this position, please feel free to send a fax or e-mail.
