Underwriting Practices Manager – Commercial Lines Analytics

Your responsibilities will include leading our commercial lines area in using data and information to improve decision making and workflow. Additionally, you will be responsible for the research, development and deployment of commercial lines underwriting tools (such as Commercial Portfolio Report, Pursuit Index, Small Business Routing Tool). Other responsibilities include research, development and deployment of commercial lines metrics.

We require a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant multi-line commercial underwriting experience and 5 years experience in data analysis or information systems. You must have excellent business, interpersonal and communication skills, as well as excellent computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Office Software, including Visio. Superior planning, time management and coordination skills are also necessary. You must be flexible with priorities and multiple assignments and able to work in a team environment.
