Job Requirements will include:

MGA Market renewals and certain assigned new business accounts for Underwriting Manager.

Communicates with MGA markets about the needs of a risk.

Communicates with agent about MGA market needs.

May direct others and or participate in putting binder together and compiling policies.

Remits appropriate taxes and fees for out of the state tax filings.

Checks accuracy of all documents from the team.

Fills in for Underwriting Manager when necessary/appropriate.

May rate premiums using appropriate software and or enter quotes in Account and Policy Management System (WinBroker).

Performs policy coverage comparisons when moving coverage.

Delegates clerical tasks accordingly to ensure smooth work flow.

Maintain good rapport and follow up with agencies and markets.

Qualifications Required:

?

Minimum 5 years wholesale insurance experience- Washington agent license a plus, understands the flow of business in a wholesale brokerage, computer experience, understands insurance rating, written and verbal communication skills, able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks, delegations skills, analytical skills, ability to remain calm and level headed under pressure.
