Description:
The primary responsibility of this position is to lead and control a claims unit, to provide timely, efficient and courteous service to internal and external customers through investigation, analysis, and settlement of claims. Directs the overall claims business functions of the unit based upon AIGCS mission statement and supporting goals and objectives.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
*Excellent and Proven Leadership skills.
*Excellent Written/Verbal Communication skills.
*Knowledge of PC applications including word processing and spreadsheet software (Microsoft Office Products; Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook)
*Technical knowledge in handling all aspects of WC claims, including customer relations, conflict resolution, medical/disability and litigation management, as well as applicable legislation regarding WC claims. *Mentoring/Coaching skills

EXPERIENCE:
*Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
*3-5 years Leadership/Manager experience
*6-9 years WC Industry experience highly preferred
