Vice President Operations

Global Property Casualty Risk Management Corporation 

The would oversee Sales, Administration, Compliance, Human Resources, Client Service, Financial and all business operations. An ideal background will include a mix of previous operational, property casualty brokerage, financial, logistic and business management experience. 

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- 7-10 years work experience in a similar role at a financial services firm or insurance brokerage firm  Industry experience is a requirement
- BA required, MBA a plus
- Ability to balance strong leadership skills with detail orientation and hands on management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to an entrepreneurial, rapidly changing environment

This is a very exciting opportunity with a successful, fast-growing corporation. They have done extremely well in the U.S. and are now expanding in to the European marketplace. They plan to double in size this year. We are looking for an executive that will initiate strategies, create and execute a tactical action plan that will increase profits. Identify and evaluate strategic growth opportunities.
