Description:
The successful candidate will supervise and counsel technical staff on reserves, claim payments, legal expenses, recoveries and operating expenses. You will be responsible for the selection, training and development of all employees within the unit; periodically review performance and administer salaries of unit employees. You will conduct claim file reviews to ensure adherence to performance development standards.

You will possess strong interpersonal and teambuilding skills, have strong analytical and problem solving skills as well as excellent communications skills. Thorough knowledge of workers compensation claims experience is a must. College graduate with previous supervisory experience is preferred.
