IPS and one of its associated brokerages is searching for an experienced Worker?s Compensation Claims Supervisor to supervise the Western region claims operations. RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and lead a team of worker?s compensation specialists, providing direction, leadership and trainingEstablish claim management platform across all business units and establish a claim management operating programCreate and implement business plans for the region highlighting marketing, loss cost and expense managementConduct analysis of loss data and present this data to customers and brokers

 

QUALIFICATIONS:10 years experience in claims, five in a supervisory capacityStrong technical expertise of worker?s compensation law, with experience in self managing claimsStrong leadership and management skillsStrong analytical and presentation skillsStrong customer service focusPolished and professional written and verbal communication skills.  Fluency in English required, fluency in Spanish desiredCPCU/ARM or other professional designation a plus
